If you are not completely happy, return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No complicated forms, no guilt trips.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@woodamore.com with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong.
  2. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.
  3. Once your return is on its way, we will process your refund or send your replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. We will email you the moment it is done.

Damaged or wrong item?

That is on us. Send a photo to hello@woodamore.com within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement right away — no need to return the original.

  • Items should be in their original, unused condition.
  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked) are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
