Products & pricing

Because our pieces are made from natural solid wood, grain, tone, and small markings vary from item to item — that is part of the character, not a defect. We work hard to show products accurately, but colors may appear differently on different screens. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or an error occurred). Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & 30-Day Promise and Refund Policy.
