Because our pieces are made from natural wood, grain, tone, and small markings vary from item to item — that is part of the character, not a defect. We work hard to show products accurately, but colors may appear differently on different screens. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or an error occurred). Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & 30-Day Promise and Refund Policy.

International orders
We currently sell to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by your country. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
